Registration forms are available on the festival website. The registration fee is $50.00 per SxS and a camping fee of $10. Festival goes can separately purchase event souvenirs at registration. A liability waiver is included as part of the registration.
Vehicle and Driver Requirement / Regulations
Read and agree to abide by Festival rules and regulations
OHVs are only allow in the Forest, as a guided group, between the hours of 8 am and 6 pm.
OHV’s are only allow on designated routes at speeds set by festival and route leaders.
Vehicle db levels not to exceed 96 db
Drivers must carry proof of insurance
Drivers must be over the age of 16 and have a valid driver’s license
Must have OHV permit on vehicle
Registered vehicles will be issued an event sticker signifying that they have provided the required documentation and agree to abide by festival rules and regulations
When in the Forest, must travel with their assigned group at all times
Must follow the instruction of the group leaders
Must attend safety briefing before each day’s
When traveling in a group, driver is responsible for the following driver (as it pertains to route directions)
Provide own provisions and safety equipment. There are no service along the routes or at Huckleberry OHV area
No alcohol on route or in OHV's.
Camping is provided under special use permit, on city property within the city limits of Oakridge.
No amplified music from campsite or vehicles.
No camp fires
Dry camping only, no services provided
Pets must be on a leash, unless in designated pet area, and not disturb others
Monitor children. Camping is near a river and ponds.
Do not allow unattended children to visit the river and ponds.
Campers must clean up after themselves and pets
Campers must disembark by noon on Monday.
Follow posted speed limits
Compliance with Festival rules and regulation is a condition of our special use permits.
These rules and regulations will be enforced.
